Monoprix has selected Worldline, a leading payment service provider, to offer a payment platform in all 700 of their stores all over France. This omnichannel platform will offer customers a smooth, unified payment performance.
The Worldline platform meets the requirements of offering a straightforward and rapid purchase experience and will provide Monoprix clients with a simple, customized, and completely safe purchasing journey, leveraging Worldline’s well-known capabilities as a European industry leader in payment solutions.
Thomas Sellem, IT Director at Monoprix, commented, “We have decided to put our trust in Worldline because of its ability to provide support in rolling out a proven digital payment solution, and also because it has been able to offer and implement innovations that make our customers’ payment experience even more fluid.”
Worldline’s bidirectional platform, which combines in-store and mobile payment acceptance and is underpinned by a software platform, allows a company to integrate all payments and respond to new bidirectional customer behavior with creative solutions.
Worldline’s platform is actively being carried out towards the largest online retailers. It’ll also allow companies to maximize revenue while also enabling and boosting cross-selling options, as well as increasing customer retention and experience.

We are delighted to be helping improve the customer experience across all of Monoprix’s sales channels and at all of its stores in France by offering a one-stop solution that will be rolled out and fully operational by the end of 2022.”
